Cheese Onion Paratha


Hello everyone!

Who doesn't like cheese!! Hot Melting cheese is to die for!!

Sharing with you, one of all time hit Indian recipes, this is how I make Cheese Onion Paratha!! Let's begin!

Ingredients for 5 to 6 Parathas:
1. 2 Medium Size Onion
2. 4 Cheese Cubes
3. Green chili paste as per taste
4. Chat Masala as per taste
5. Coriander
6. Salt to taste (Be easy on salt as Cheese also has salt)
7. Dough to make the Parathas (Normal dough made with wheat only)
8. Butter to fry/roast the Parathas

Steps:

1. Chop onion finely and grate the Cheese
2. Just add all the ingredients together as shown in the picture below
3. The filling is ready
4. Roll a medium Roti, fill the mixture in it and lock it as you would normally do and then roll again.
5. Roast the Paratha on a non stick pan using butter
6. The Paratha is ready



This Paratha tastes super awesome on its own. However you can eat with Dahi/Chutney/Achhar as per your liking.

Make sure you eat these Paratha as soon as they are off the Pan, so that you can enjoy hot melting cheese, thande Paratha me maja nahi ata!!
