A perfect blend of Coconut and spices!!


Hello everyone!

Who else loves Idli Sambhar! I am big fan of hot Idli Sambhar! But this dish is really incomplete without coconut chutney! I would like to share my recipe of coconut chutney with you all, hope you like it!

So let's see how to make it!



Ingredients:

1. Fresh Coconut piece (peeled, remove the brown part of the coconut)
2. 2 to 3 Green Chili (This chutney tastes great little spicy, you can add green chili as per taste)
3. 2 tsp Curd
4. 1 tsp cumin seeds
5. 1 tsp sugar
6. Coriander Leaves
7. Roasted peanuts
8. Salt to taste


Steps:

1. Blend all the ingredients together except curd and coriander.
2. Once all the ingredients are blended well, add curd and blend again.
3. In the end add fresh coriander leaves and slightly churn the blender. This will not alter the color of the chutney to green but it will add just very small pieces of coriander to the chutney!

This chutney tastes super awesome and is very easy to make.
