Inversion Method for Hair Growth

Hello everyone!

Have you heard of inversion method for hair growth. I had come across this method a couple of years back, thought of trying it, but could not do it. I don't remember why!!

So today I thought of sharing it with you all today, who knows it might change your life!

Lets get started!

What is inversion method:

Inversion method is one of the popular methods for hair growth. First you apply warm oils to your scalp, give it a nice massage and the hang your hair upside down for a shorter period of time.

How to do inversion method for hair growth:

1. Choose any oil of your choice like coconut, almond, olive, castor, etc
2. Warm up the oil. Never warm up the oil directly. Place the bottle of oil in a bowl of warm water for a minute.
3. The oil should be in such state as it allows to touch it easily. Do not overheat it.
4. Apply this warm oil to your hair and massage gently for 3 to 4 minutes.
5. Now hang your hair upside down. You can do this over a sink or bathtub or simply you can lie down on your bed or sofa and let your hair down. Remember to find your comfortable angle and position to relax.
6. Hold this position for 3 to 4 minutes.
7. Slowly get back to your normal position.
8. Do not remain in this position for longer than this.It can cause health problems related to blood pressure. Doing is good, overdoing will hurt!
9.You can either leave the oil overnight or wash off after a couple of hours of application.
10. Wash off your hair with a mild shampoo and use the good conditioner to condition your hair.

How often to use this method:

1. I have read a lot of articles on how this method has helped people to grow an inch of hair within just 7 days. But is depends on person to person.
2.  Ideally you should perform this treatment every 3 weeks. Do not overdo it. Overdoing it may make your hair too oily and may clog your hair roots and further reduce hair growth.

Benefits:

1. This method increases blood flow in your scalp
2. Increased blood flow increases hair growth
3. It will also help in reducing frizzy, dry and damaged hair and will contribute to hair growth
4. Warm oil will also help to fight dandruff.

Do not perform this treatment if you have any of the following conditions:

Low or high blood pressure
Pregnancy, hernia
Ear infection
Spinal injury
Heart or circulatory problems
Osteoporosis
Obesity
Unhealed fractures or injuries
Recent stroke
Detached retina

I hope you found this post useful. Do try this for your self and let me know if it works for you. I am definitely going to give it a try.

See you next time!
