A perfect blend of Coconut and spices!!

Hello everyone! Who else loves Idli Sambhar! I am big fan of hot Idli Sambhar! But this dish is really incomplete without coconut chutney! I would like to share my recipe of coconut chutney with you all, hope you like it! So let's see how to make it! Ingredients: 1. Fresh Coconut piece (peeled, remove the brown part of the coconut) 2. 2 to 3 Green Chili (This chutney tastes great little spicy, you can add green chili as per taste) 3. 2 tsp Curd 4. 1 tsp cumin seeds 5. 1 tsp sugar 6. Coriander Leaves 7. Roasted peanuts 8. Salt to taste Steps: 1. Blend all the ingredients together except curd and coriander. 2. Once all the ingredients are blended well, add curd and blend again. 3. In the end add fresh coriander leaves and slightly churn the blender. This will not alter the color of the chutney to green but it will add just very small pieces of coriander to the chutney! New Year Resolutions for the coming year 2017!!

Hello everyone!! All of us, may not all, but some of us do make or take new year resolutions!! But somehow we get busy with the life, office, house hold work, family, friends, etc and forget the resolutions eventually!! I have some new year resolution ideas which will not take much of our time but surely will make us a better living being!! Please  note they are in no specific order!! 1. Drink lots of water!! 2. Save money!! Make it a habit!! 3. Stay Fit!! Its not that difficult. Start with walking 15 minutes daily. 4. Spend time with family! 5. Take a positive approach towards life!! 6. Try to quit an addiction!! If not quit it, at least reduce it!!   7. Get back to something you always wanted to do like dancing, singing, painting, swimming, sports, etc. Got busy with job or house, Take out time once in a week. Hellooooo everyone! How are you all doing? This is last month of 2016, can't believe,  this year has went by too fast!! Today I am going to share with you all a 2 minute black smokey eye tutorial using only black Kajal. So lets get started. What all you will need? 1.Any Foundation/ Eye primer/ Concealer of your choice to be used as base 2.A black Kajal pencil (Should be quite dark, creamy and easily blend able) 3.A Smudge brush/Pencil brush (You can also use q-tip or ear bud with soft hands if you don't have this brush) How to do it? 1. Apply the foundation or concealer on you eyelid as shown below. 2. Blend the same smoothly using your fingers. Always use only your ring finger on your eyes as it puts lowest pressure on our eyes and it will not cause wrinkles. 3. Now apply the kajal in thick line over your lashes as shown below. Hello everyone! Who doesn't like cheese!! Hot Melting cheese is to die for!! Sharing with you, one of all time hit Indian recipes, this is how I make Cheese Onion Paratha!! Let's begin! Ingredients for 5 to 6 Parathas: 1. 2 Medium Size Onion 2. 4 Cheese Cubes 3. Green chili paste as per taste 4. Chat Masala as per taste 5. Coriander 6. Salt to taste (Be easy on salt as Cheese also has salt) 7. Dough to make the Parathas (Normal dough made with wheat only) 8. Butter to fry/roast the Parathas Steps: 1. Chop onion finely and grate the Cheese 2. Just add all the ingredients together as shown in the picture below 3. The filling is ready 4.
