10 Tips for beautiful, healthy and glowing skin!!

Today I am going to share with you 10 Tips that will help you to achieve and maintain beautiful, healthy and glowing skin.



1. Drink lots of Water: You should at least drink 2.5 liters of water daily. Drinking good amount of water will flush out the toxins from your body and will give glowing and fresh skin.

2. Exercise: Try to exercise for at least 30 to 45 minutes for 4 to 5 days in a week. You can do any type of work out which you like. I personally am not a big fan of Gym. I believe in Walking, Running and Yoga. You can choose any exercise as per your convenience and whatever interests you, doing is more important.

Exercising will make you feel healthy, fresh and good. Also you get some time for your self, I like spending my exercise time thinking about life and stuff like that.

3. CTM Routine: Follow the Cleansing, Toning and moisturizing routine twice daily, no matter what!

4. Do not skip the moisturizer: Even if you have oily skin, do no skip the moisturizer, you can go for water based moisturizers. Skipping the moisturizer will make your skin secret more oils and will lead to pimples in turn.

5. Removing Make up before bed: No matter how ever tired you are, you must remove your make up before bed. Sleeping with make up is only going to damage your skin!

6. Skip Touching your Face: Do not touch your face every now and then. Many of us have habit to touch our face. Our hands are loaded with bacteria and transfer of bacteria will lead to pimples.

7. Pillow Covers: Changes cases of your pillow every now and then. Using the same pillow case for long time is not good for health of your skin.

8. Cleaning your phone: Clean you phone as and when possible. Your phone touches your facial skin and we keep our phone here and there every where and hence it has a lot of bacteria!

9. Wipes: No matter how clean your towel is, it still has bacteria. So go for wipes to wipe your face after washing rather than towel.

10. Do no skip Sun Block: Do not skip the the sun block what so ever, this will have effect on your skin in the long run.
